Q - CAN I DROP MY KIDS OFF TO PLAY?
A - Unfortunately unless your children are enrolled in one of our PA Day Day Camps, Summer Camp, or Drop Off events, you must remain on site to supervise your child(ren).

Q - CAN I SEND MY KIDS WITH A BABYSITTER?
A - Yes, however, if you are leaving your children in the care of a babysitter while at Kidding Around, the supervisor must be at least 16 years of age.
**Please note: If leaving your child(ren) with a caregiver who has minimal knowledge of English, you MUST leave a contact number so that we can reach you in case of emergency. This is to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone. We appreciate your co-operation. **

Q - CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD & DRINKS?
A -We do not allow outside food/drinks other than water or infant food for drop in play. Outside food is only permitted as part of a booked birthday party OR for children enrolled in one of our day camps.
*Exceptions may be made for infants and those with severe allergies. Please talk to staff if you have any questions.

Q - ARE YOU A NUT FREE FACILITY?
A - We do our best to be a nut aware facility but unfortunately we are unable to ensure that we can be nut free due to the amount of traffic in and out of the facility.

Q - CAN I WEAR MY SHOES AT THE PLAYGROUND?
A -We are a socks only playground, and therefore we ask guests to wear or bring socks with them to use in our playground. If you forget we do have socks for sale for $2+HST / Pair*

*An exception to the above rule may be made in the event that someone has a medical device or assisted walking device that requires them to use indoor shoes. Please come & speak to us if you have any questions!

Q - WHAT IS AN APPROPRIATE AGE FOR KIDDING AROUND?
A - Although our facility is mostly designed for infants and children up to 10, often older children also enjoy playing here (grown ups too!). There is no age limit, everyone is welcome to play and enjoy!

Q - CAN I BRING A STROLLER INSIDE?
A - Due to Health and Safety concerns, we do not allow strollers within the facility. There may be room in the entrance area to leave your stroller, but it is not guaranteed, especially in the fall/winter months when we are quite busy.

Q - DO YOU OFFER FREE INTERNET TO GUESTS?
A -Yes, we have Wi-Fi available for parents/ caregivers. Ask for the password from a staff member when you check in.

Q - HOW MANY ADULTS ARE ALLOWED FREE ADMISSION WITH EACH CHILD?
A - There is one complimentary adult admission per group/transaction. Additional adults are $8/each.

Q- DOES YOUR FACILITY HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
A- Yes! As of June 2023, our facility has had a new HVAC system installed, improving our temperature control for both hotter and cooler weather.

Q- DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION? No, we operate on a walk in, first come, first served basis for our drop in play. If you arrive on a busy day, we may be at capacity. If you'd like to be added to the waitlist, please come in and see our staff at the desk to be added to the list. Should you come to play and find us at capacity, we assure you that we will get you in to play as quickly as we are able and apologize for the wait!
